No. The process is fully at-home — order your kit, take impressions, and mail them back. No appointment required.
Your kit ships within 24 hours. Once your impressions reach our lab, your retainers are typically crafted and delivered within 7–14 days.
Impressions & fit
Your kit includes putty and trays. You mix and seat the putty, bite down for a few minutes, and it captures the shape of your teeth. The illustrated guide and video walk you through every step.
It happens, and that's okay. Our team reviews each impression on arrival. If you need a redo, we’ll send you a replacement impression kit for free and help you try again.
You're covered by our 90-day perfect-fit guarantee — if the fit isn't right, we'll remake your retainers at no extra cost.
Materials, care & shipping
Durable, dental-grade polymer that's BPA-free and phthalate-free — crystal-clear for a discreet fit.
Rinse after each wear and brush gently with a soft toothbrush and cool water — never hot, which can warp the plastic. Store them in the included case when not in use.
Yes — shipping is free both ways. Your kit comes with a prepaid return mailer, and your finished retainers ship to you at no extra cost.
Returns & support
